Extend check-out for 3-4 disc television "seasons". Most people do not have 12 -13 hours in a week to dedicate to watching TV. I've noticed when I get discs from other libraries, some of them give 14 days.

The library board approved a revision to the circulation policy in April. The changes went into effect on May first.
- Multi-disc TV series can now be borrowed for 21 days.
- We no longer charge for borrowing and DVDs.
- The fine rate fro all materials went from 10¢ a day to 20¢ a day.
