E-books and OMNI

Comment:  "Please increase the # of digital books a family can check out.  We switched from individual cards to family and with 5 people on 1 card we can not all check out digital books on OMNI.  Thanks."

Reply: We're happy to hear how much your family as a whole uses our e-book collection.  Loan rules for OMNI e-book and e-audio titles are set by the OMNI consortium of libraries.  The limit per card was recently increased from 3 items to 4.  You can choose 1 week, 2 week, or 3 week loan periods for all items, and you can return e-books early to allow additional checkouts on your card.  We hope these built-in work-arounds can help your family continue to enjoy the OMNI e-book selection.
